Help Desk

This is our help desk where you can post your comments and enter trouble tickets for items that are not working on Audit My PC.

HELPDESK UPDATE: The help desk received so many questions that I created this security forum to handle the requests. The purpose of this forum is to support our free applications. We’ll do our best to answer your questions, but please understand that you may not receive an immediate response – after all, it’s free support :)

If you need an immediate response, you can always make a donation, which really gets my attention :)

This is the Audit My PC Help Desk System and is designed for the sole purpose of finding, tracking and fixing problems that may occur on our server. This help desk system is free and we encourage you to report any problems you may find.

To enter a trouble ticket, simply enter the problem you encountered below with details, such as the OS, browser and page you were using. If you can not find all of this information, the helpdesk system can cross reference the trouble ticket with our log files for more information.

Free Help Desk

This free help desk can also notify your of progress on your trouble ticket provided you enter your email address in the appropriate field. It is not mandatory, but if you want to track trouble tickets or be notified of a solution, then you need the input this information.
