My WindowsXP box is not infected or never has been infected by the Sdbot worm. For me, logon.exe is the executable for MSI Securedoc.
Securedoc is an app included with MSI motherboards. It encrypts files. Securedoc resides in the system tray and allows you to "logon" to decrypt files that are encrypted using Securedoc. The file can be found in C:\Program Files\MSI\Securedoc\logon.exe
