Launch.exe is affiliated with the program “CyberScrub Privacy Suite”. If you have this program it collects cookies, etc of sites you visited and will help you erase your internet history and pc history. This is installed by the user that purchased the program or tried a free trial online. If you are unsure that you have this program look into your programs folder and see “start\my computer\c drive\ program files\cybersrub privacy suite”. If it’s there you have it installed. If you want it to collect your internet files etc then leave it on auto run when starting pc. If you don’t want it to and run it when you start the program manually, then uncheck it. If you have launch.exe and don’t have this program, get rid of it, it’s probably a virus or malware of some kind. Hope this helps!
