My computer is adding mcagent.exe to my computer. I do have mcafee protection but it seems to be having a problem with this. Do I need this program and if not should mcafee take care of this problem I am having.

When trying to load Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 I am not allowed until I disable McAfee and then reboot the computer. I am never
able to disable McAffee and therefore load up Kaspersky.
