My name are Daniel Adelard a solicitor at law, personal attorney to Mr B. Bendik,(Snr)a national Of your country,who used to work as a foreign contractor in Lome Togo. Herein-after shall be referred as my client. On the 24th of July 2006, Mr. Bendik, were involved in a ghastly car accident along Kpalime express Road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost their lives. Since then I have made several enquiries here to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful.

The said Security Finance Company has issued me a mandate to provide the next of kin or have his funds/account confiscated within the next twenty one official working days or as will be reviewed by the bank legal department. Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 1 years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased since you have the same last name, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you.
