About UDP Port 513

Port 513 is registered with the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) for who. The IANA description reads: ‘maintains data bases showing who's logged in to machines on a local net and the load average of the machine’. This port does not currently appear in the IDS rulesets or malware activity indicators in our data sources.
