About UDP Port 520

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) registers port 520 for router. The IANA description reads: ‘local routing process (on site); uses variant of Xerox NS routing information protocol – RIP’. This port does not currently appear in the IDS rulesets or malware activity indicators in our data sources.
